Simon Grainger
Managing Director
Drawing on more than 25 years of technical expertise across networking, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, Simon founded Incito to transform how organisations approach their technology. Having witnessed countless enterprises struggle with overcomplicated IT solutions throughout his career, he built Incito around a singular vision: mastering the fundamentals is the key to future-proofing any business. Under his leadership, the company partners with enterprises to optimise their core infrastructure and IT service delivery, creating a solid foundation that makes all subsequent technology initiatives simpler and more secure to deploy, manage and measure — a philosophy that has shaped both Incito’s distinctive brand and its high-performing team.
Lisa Grainger
Service Director
Lisa oversees the service delivery and customer experience at Incito. With a strong technical foundation and a growing emphasis on leadership, Lisa brings a unique balance of hands-on problem-solving and strategic team development to the team.
Having joined the company from inception, Lisa has been an integral part of the team in managing the transition of Incito’s service delivery model as the company grew. Looking towards the future, Lisa is excited by the endless opportunities to keep evolving and expanding at Incito, and how she can bring her expertise to shape the service delivery model while empowering an agile, collaborative, customer-focused and innovative team culture.
Leith Hughes
Senior Technical Consultant
Leith joined the Incito team 5+ years ago and brings a wealth of IT expertise to the team, specialising in Helpdesk support. From hardware and infrastructure design and refits to staff and client troubleshooting, Leith is passionate about maintaining the highest level of support through continuous professional development. With 30+ years of experience, Leith’s IT career began after completing a Diploma of Information Technology Networking at TAFE QLD and has since spanned various industries and leadership roles.
Mark Watson
Senior Technical Consultant
With a passion for problem solving and thinking outside of the box, Mark brings extensive expertise in infrastructure and data communications to the Incito team. One of Mark’s most satisfying achievements to date is scoping and implementing the IT infrastructure for a major expansion for a client on the Gold Coast.
For Mark, the best part about working at Incito is the people. The comradery and collaboration make every day rewarding. In his free time, you’ll find Mark experimenting with different methods of making coffee.
